The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Transformation, in partnership with the International Trade Centre (ITC), hosted a Peanut Yield Evaluation and Distribution Ceremony on Monday, June 22, 2026, supporting farmers from across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and promoting a sustainable peanut industry.
The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines established a permanent Preparedness Plan Technical Team responsible for the continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) conditions in accordance with the National Preparedness Plan for Food and Nutrition Security Crisis.
Forestry Officers commenced a two-week training programme aimed at strengthening the management and reporting capacity of the Forestry Services Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The training is part of the Integrated Land Management project.
